Here we have a pretty firm tilt towards “too few”. This is unsurprising, considering the length of the final battle. I can only say that I may have overcompensated in what of the next arc is already written.


This has been the consistent result since… forever, and I don’t expect it to change. In the first place, singular lewd chapters are my norm, so people that have stuck around so far obviously like that format, otherwise they wouldn’t have stuck around this long. It makes perfect sense that the second most liked choice would be two-chapter sequences as well.

Now, what is more interesting is that “As long as possible” has a higher vote share than “Three-chapter sequence”. What this seems to manifest is that people that tend towards extremes REALLY tend towards extremes. In other words, someone who wants 10’000 words of non-stop erotica will also take 20’000 words. The ceiling ceases to matter at some point. Having made this observation, I removed the “Fivesome” choice from the next option. More on that in a bit.

The “Just mentions inside a chapter” choice represents, in my estimation, the segment of the readerbase that had mostly tuned out of the lewd content and are only reading for the story at this point. Watching that percentage is always interesting.



Another fairly consistent data point (that I actually misremembered when I commented on it a few weeks ago on the Supporter Discord). For some reason I had it stuck in my mind that people usually vote they prefer “John and a single waifu” in general preference but then vote “Threesomes” on the current demand. I had that the wrong way around. People like their Threesomes more, but want more 1 on 1 scenes currently, practically every arc.

Of course, that’s just the broad analysis. The numbers aren’t so overbearing that I have to institute an immediate policy of more 1 on 1 scenes. Even in the current question, more than 50% still want threesomes, foursomes, and orgies.

On that matter, the quick resolution on the discontinued “Fivesome” option: Nobody was using it. Again, people that tend towards the extremes really tend towards the extremes. People were either not making a difference between fivesomes and orgies or they were deciding that everything after four might as well be done with ten. Perhaps I will make a poll with “optimal number of female participants” with numbers from 1 to 30 at one point and see what that produces.

Back to the analysis. Writing 1on1 scenes has become progressively harder to “justify”, the larger the harem grows. I won’t even pretend I aim to give all girls the same amount of erotic or general screentime, some are more or less important than others. For example, Rave and Eliana are effectively secondary protagonists, in terms of emotional development and screentime. Gnome and Sylph are pretty simple characters and have less exposure by consequence. Similarly, some characters are just more interesting to lewd than others. Of course my personal enjoyment of some prevalent kinks over others also plays into this.

The main problem here is that, while I do not aim for equal representation in the lewds, I still want all of the girls to be part of a lewd often enough that none feel forgotten. Mixing this with my general guideline of “1 lewd per 10-12 chapters” means that there is limited availability. This can be solved in three ways. One, I satisfy the mentions through lesser lewds, the mentions inside chapters, rather than dedicated ones. Two, I deliberately concentrate on ‘neglected’ parties for a stretch of time. Three, I just discontinue with the guideline for a while and write a bunch of lewds of all kinds.

For the next arc, you can expect the latter.

For the Top 5 part, these results are entirely expected. The Top 5 are a good general reflection of what I write in terms of lewds. It makes sense that my audience, which has stuck by me so far, would want more of what I provide.

The Bottom 5 are a bit confusing. The only one of these that really makes sense to me is the Voyeur one, as I have never really been one to write about John just… watching. When he watches something, he’s simultaneously doing something else. The Orgy tag being at the rock-bottom of the list either means that demand for it is saturated, people think there’s too many of them, or that it’s just not a kink worth mentioning to a lot of you.

Basic Toy Usage, Sadism, and Masochism all ranking so low is the surprise though. Admittedly, the sadism in my branch has been, for the most part, pretty tame. Its mostly spanking, nipple twisting, and choking. I suppose the relative shallowness of those genres being invoked is reflected here. As for Basic Toy Usage, I can only assume that the ‘Basic’ is what makes it unpopular or that people are just ambivalent about it.


Here we have a pretty substantial skewing towards “Agreement” with the question being posed. I suppose this is a manifestation of the tender scenes being on the rarer side. I do usually mix in adoration with my bondage, I like my consensual torture/service, but I rarely dedicate a chapter only to sweet, vanilla love making. The Nia chapter I did a while back under that theme was pretty popular. The more recent Nathalia one, not as much.

You can expect a similarly themed lewd chapter, consequently, in the next arc. Maybe two. Let’s see who they will most likely cover…


This is NOT the poll I use to determine which waifus I will write about next. Well, there’s not really any poll I use for a definitive determination, but this isn’t even a poll I really take under advisement. This is purely for me to measure whose style of lewd is popular.

The Top 5 here is:

This is a very interesting set. To start with, all five of these are in the “human” crowd in the harem. By that I mean their bodies don’t have any crazy tactile gimmick in terms of what their insides feel like. They are also pretty tame in terms of visual changes. What they also have in common are that they are both popular, in terms of being characters, and they are the key representatives in terms of certain fantasies.

Lydia has three things going for her, being her pretty extreme love for oral and anal, her relative rarity, and her strength of personality. Ignoring that, she’s actually pretty vanilla, not having a love for bondage and such things.

Rave is the main girl of the harem, she’s a cat girl, she’s a very solid switch, and she has the chill girl vibes.

Lee is the brat representation in the top 5, no doubt, with her mixture of submissiveness and the rebellious streak. She also has the whole ‘gamer girl’ aesthetic, which definitely speaks to much of my crowd.

Eliana is the resident rope bunny. She was the first to really get the BDSM ball rolling and remained the poster-girl for that action since.

Aclysia is THE maid of the story. She’s also a submissive, but without the bratty or pain-loving undertones. She is pretty masochistic, in accordance with her Master’s desires, it’s just rarely brought up. She has more of an assistance role during lewds.

That’s my rationale there, at least.

For the bottom 5:

Now, part of these surprise me, part of these don’t. Gnome, Sylph, and Salamander are all down here because the elementals in general are less popular characters. If I were to expand the bottom a little more, Undien and Siena would show up in the next three choices.

This is almost entirely because they’re pretty simple. Therefore, them being down here doesn’t bother me a lot. Gnome, in particular, also represents a fetish not particularly popular among my readers (voyeurism), so there’s that.

Just how much behind they are makes me consider giving them the attention necessary to bump them up a little bit. I do have some things planned; we’ll see where that goes.

Much of this can also be applied to Beatrice. The passive maid has the issue not a lot of people enjoy the emotionless sass-blaster archetype (I do immensely). There’s also a factor of her being just Aclysia with short hair visually, so why have Beatrice when you can have Aclysia, who has a more commonly liked character type? She works best in twin-situations with the older maid. That’s mostly fine too.

Scarlett being down here surprises me immensely. Her initial lewds were easily among the most popular in my branch. I can only assume that her popularity has dropped off due to various factors, exposure (or lack thereof) probably being a main factor. There’s also her being a hyper-masochistic brat, which might just be a combination that doesn’t work for most people, who rather enjoy the masochism in Eliana and the brattiness in Lee.

I’ll keep an eye on where she stands next poll.


Now this is the one that I primarily use as advisement for who should get more attention in the next arc. I ignore a lot of this too, if I am being honest, dependant on my own whims. For example, the part of the next arc already written features A LOT of Nathalia and Nigtingale lewds.

As you can see, and this is why this poll is so incredibly useful, we have a nice mixture of waifus that are popular and those that aren’t. I do really appreciate people’s attempt at being objective in this question.

Nia consistently wins these, which is no surprise because binding Nia into sex scenes is a bit difficult because of her emotional stuntedness. That her character has a theme of elusiveness also does not help. Lee, Scarlett and Lydia are obviously on here because they barely were in the last arc at all, Momo and Gnome were just conventionally less prevalent in lewds.

Now, what do I do with this? Well, I do have a tender sex scene or two I should do. I don’t want to do that with Nia, because I already did that. Gnome feels like a good contender, since she could use a lewd that’s dedicated to her to maybe help with her low popularity otherwise. Maybe I can explore a new kink of hers or just lean heavily into the vanilla. Given how rare pure vanilla is in the harem, that might as well be categorized as a kink itself.

A second tender scene could go to Momo or Lydia (or both at the same time?)

Nia and Lee sharing a threesome scene makes sense. I had the two set-up as above-average friends in the harem, same way I tied Undine, Eliana, and Siena together. Having a few chapters that reflected that with a lewd at the end sounds good, so I will probably do that.

Scarlett will just get some regular attention.

Again, a nice mixture, which I also take into consideration. We can see that Lee and Nia are both present again, so that threesome is definitely happening. Eliana and Rave lewds are happening without me trying. Lydia was not present, so some longing is expected.

Nightingale is expected here, new girls usually rise to the top in these (more on Lorelei in a bit). She also has a pretty powerful gimmick and has yet to be fucked properly, so that only adds to the desire.

Comment 1: I feel like we need an Aclysia/Momo (and maybe John) scene, Momo's feelings for Aclysia were a huge part of her "first arc" but since she's come back that thread hasn't felt picked up to me. Also in general more scenes that show the relationships and emotional connections between the girls, especially ones that got off to iffy starts (i.e. Jane/Nat, Bea/Metra etc)

Response 1: I suppose this may have been forgotten, but the Aclysia-Momo binding was one that was essentially dispelled. It was a characteristic that John ‘bestowed’ on Momo and that she did away with as her mind grew more independent. All of the Artificial Spirits went through such a phase, where they started with a set of parameters and went through self-realization. Momo’s was the most pronounced.

Comment 2: No cucking, preferably even with girls outside of the harem (goes for both John and his girls). Kinda don't see why they would want to go outside the harem when you have such a variety of people and personalities and endearing relationships within the harem.

Response 2: This is largely a disagreement over definition, as I don’t think it’s really cucking if your girl sometimes does it with a girl that you also do it with sometimes, and you both know about it and its not romantic in any capacity. I do get the point though and I don’t intend to expand on it any capacity. Almost all “out of harem” lesbian activities happen when Rave hosts an all-girls party. Even then, most of the harem is involved. It’s a very rare occurrence in a very specific setting, is the point.

Comment 3: I thought your handling of non-John POV's this arc were great. I think you could do well with more lewds specifically from the perspective of a select waifu. Specifically, I think a Nathalia POV lewd would be sweet.

Response 3: While POV switches in lewds may be interesting, I’ve shied away from them from the most part for the same reason I have shied away from POV changes in general. This is the story of John. I only switch POVs if there’s info I could not possibly convey from his Third Person Limited perspective. It’s a guideline.

That isn’t to say it will never happen (I obviously wrote the Rave/Moira lewd recently), just don’t expect it to be anything else than rare.
